Eric Rheinheimer, E.A.
My name is Eric Rheinheimer. I was born and raised in Oakland. I attended Bishop O'Dowd high school before heading off to college at UC Davis. At Davis, I earned my bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. After UC Davis I left my science background behind and began working in the tax field under my father's expert tutelage. I then earned my Masters Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. I have been an Enrolled Agent since 2005. I am a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA). I am logical, rational, and empathetic. I am a strong supporter of the environment and social justice. I enjoy Soccer, Biking, Good Food and Good Company. I'm very interested in being a positive force for good in the world. |
Ann Opara, CPA
After completing her degree in Economics from UC Berkeley, Ann started her career and earned her CPA as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. She moved into private industry, working with bigger companies like Visa and The North Face, and took that experience to smaller, newer companies. As the Financial Controller of emerging businesses, Ann embraced the requirement to wear many hats, and added taxation to her skill set. Ann enjoys working with companies at their various stages of growth. She helped Ticketweb move from a fledging start-up to a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry, ultimately facilitating the company’s sale to Ticketmaster. In addition to her tax practice, Ann remains the part time Controller for a few companies. She also works on end-of-life tax and accounting issues with attorneys and trustees. Ann volunteers in her community, and currently serves as an advisor to the Finance Committee of Berkeley Student Cooperative Housing. |
Bacchus BulldogOne of the youngest members of the team, born 9/10/2018, Bacchus is happy to be here. He guards the house, eats dropped food, picks up dropped items and slobbers on them, and entertains and gets other team members out of the house. He will bark at you until you say hello. He's a good dog, but he'll push you around if you let him.
